    Professional organization will need to have an in-person or video call consultation before determining the exact services needed. ​ Most organization jobs require a basic clean that consist of dusting and wiping, and then re organization. ​ We specialize in garages, closets, kitchen, and much more!
  • What is the policy for Cancellation and Refunds?
    We at Queen of Clean strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and value our customers' satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy: ​ Cancellation Window: Customers are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other customers. Cancellation Methods: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our customer service team via phone at 682-235-7876 or by email at Please provide your name, contact information, and details of the appointment in your cancellation request. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $22 dollars to compensate for lost work opportunities. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative appointment options. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you encounter an unforeseen circumstance that requires cancellation or rescheduling. No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or being unavailable at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Refunds: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. ​ Please note that Queen of Clean reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy without prior notice.   • What are our hours of operation?
    Our operating hours are: Sunday: 6pm-11pm Monday- Friday 6-11pm Saturday: 6pm-11pm We usually schedule office cleanings after 6pm.
  • Will I be charged more if my home takes longer to clean than expected?
    If the condition of the home requires us to stay longer than anticipated at the fault of the homeowner, an additional $50 dollars will be charged by the hour.
